Terms and conditions

All Duvent jewellery orders will be posted via Royal Mail using tracked and to sign for service. We will email you to alert your order has been dispatched and to provide you with the tracking number.  U.K and International orders are payable via PayPal.  The price of the item does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on your check out.


Allow up to 2 weeks to fulfill your order and if for any reason there's a delay in the supply chain I will notify you soon as possible (within 24 hours from when you placed your order).


   Please take into consideration that due to Covid-19 some delays and restrictions might be expected.

To give you an idea of time scale when everything is running smoothly:  

your orders are expected within 3 working days after postage within the U.K. ,5 to 10 working days shipped to EU countries and 8 to 28 working days for the rest of the world.

For overseas orders, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility.


All Duvent jewellery is handmade and individual so they might slightly differ from one another. However if you are unhappy with your jewellery we will offer you an exchange or refund.


All returned items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Refunds will be payed within 28 days after the item has been received in their required good condition at Duvent description.

Please note that the initial postage charge is non refundable for any unsuitable items.


According to the Distance Selling Regulations you have a 7 working days "cooling off period" after you have received your jewellery to decide whether to cancel the order in the event of for example that the item (s) does not meet your expectations.

Please send any cancellations via email at [email protected]  and we will refund you once returned items have been received.


*Please note that by law this return policy is non applicable to items such as earrings.


Damage and/or defective item through no fault or your own wearing or use will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

You have 7 working days to inform Duvent of any faulty items received.

Refunds will be paid within 28 days after receiving the returned items.


Duvent jewellery will come wrapped in black tissue paper, placed in a black cardboard pillow box, inside a mesh pouch and accompanied with a business card.


All products remain our property until full payment is made and items have been dispatched.

The price applicable is that set at date on which you place your order.
